Just had the final walk-around inspection of our new window installation by RMK Windows. From start to finish the experience has been absolutely exceptional. I had all the windows in my home replaced (27) by RMK windows back in 2017. I have been very happy with the windows. However, recently I could no longer lock one of our basement windows. I called Jason at RMK, and after nine years since the installation, he came fixed the window and would not accept any money for the repair. The repair was not something that was covered by any guarantee. Jason (RMK) earned my respect by the kind of person he is and the company he runs. Thank you, Jason and RMK Windows!
After two demonstrations from windows companies, we had all our windows replaced by RMK. RMK pricing was half the price as the other companies with the exact same windows! Jason and his crew were professional and friendly to work with. The quality of our new windows is outstanding, they look beautiful and we have noticed a big difference with our AC. We recently had our windows, patio doors, and French doors replaced by RMK. We could not be more satisfied with the experience! All of the facets of the job were performed by quality personnel on the job and in the office. I highly recommend this company if you are considering window/door replacement.
