In all of my experiences renting apartments and houses in major cities across the country like *******, *** and **********, **, I have never encountered a property management staff as lazy, incompetent, and ***** as RMK's clown car cast of characters.RMK drove 1407 on ******** (**********) into the ground in the short year and a half that they managed the building. Horrible company, money hungry and careless. Business needs to be shut down for illegally taking me to court after I paid my rent. And still saying I owe a balance, they stole my rent money and told I have to pay for attorney fees. Im not paying for no attorney I paid what was owed and that was the rent money for October. They said they dont give out receipts when you pay your rent. They are a bunch thieves. If you dont pay attention to your account they will tack on hidden fees which is illegal

***************************, they're noting luxury about it. My apartment looks noting like the pictures. The dishwasher never been used by me since I been living here. It was causing me so many problems and the maintenance workers say that this something common happens in those apartments and they're not do much they can do. I was tired of dirty water backing up in it and smelling in my apartment. So I asked them to disconnect it so I won't have this issue no more. I agree with R V who reviewed ************************. I used to live there as well and glad I don't anymore. I had similar issues and can understand the ** rating and 1.3/5 star rating for RMK. They are terrible! Unsure how they stay in business with all these negative reviews. They sure know how to hire Property management staff! Awful!
