Fantastic guy, great service, and most importantly the products are always better than anticipated. Lots of attention to detail, zero flaws.
Most disappointing customer service in the whole knife industry. After having bought several RMJ knives, and axes I bought a new Sparrow. Upon arrival, I noticed that 2 of the 6vscrews had some wear. I contacted the customer service, and they told me to ignore it and just use it. It is my knife, so I do with it what and when. The problem remains that I requested only 2 screws under warranty. They ignore me after requesting several times. Shame on RMJ.
The customer service is crap they never get back to you in anyway the axe i bought from them chipped
This company is awesome, they sent me free hardware that I offered to pay for , I was stoked . The kestrel I have is bad ass , ive chopped down a few trees with it and it still looks new. Highly recommend them , I will be buying a snuggles when they are available.
