I got an RMJ hawk for my OEF 10-11 deployment. It never broke and was ran hard and put away wet. Since then I've been collecting RMJ blades like Pokemon. I could not be happier with thier quality or customer service. When I call or email I get an answer and with every issue (always on my end) they have always resolved it. I own about 60 of thier blades now and am still trying to hunt down some of the rare discontinued stuff. Hands down my favorite fixed blade and hawk company.
Fantastic guy, great service, and most importantly the products are always better than anticipated. Lots of attention to detail, zero flaws.
Most disappointing customer service in the whole knife industry. After having bought several RMJ knives, and axes I bought a new Sparrow. Upon arrival, I noticed that 2 of the 6vscrews had some wear. I contacted the customer service, and they told me to ignore it and just use it. It is my knife, so I do with it what and when. The problem remains that I requested only 2 screws under warranty. They ignore me after requesting several times. Shame on RMJ.
The customer service is crap they never get back to you in anyway the axe i bought from them chipped
