I brought my car in to get coilovers installed by Ralph, who I thought was an experienced mechanic but when I got them installed he wasn’t able to do a proper wheel alignment as my car supposedly had a different issue that involved me getting the front left axle fixed which was already done before the install. Ralph and Phil worked on my alignment. They listened to my concerns and happily answered my questions. They were very meticulous with their work. Reasonably priced too. Will definitely come back again.
On 06/24/23, the owner's child suggested to have my 2011 Dodge Caravan's front and rear shock absorbers replaced ($1,926.65) but it's really NOT NECESSARY according to two other mechanics' opinions that I went to. Since then, I NEVER came back to this garage shop because of his dishonesty.
