On 06/24/23, the owner's child suggested to have my 2011 Dodge Caravan's front and rear shock absorbers replaced ($1,926.65) but it's really NOT NECESSARY according to two other mechanics' opinions that I went to. Since then, I NEVER came back to this garage shop because of his dishonesty.
First time meeting Ralph, very friendly, professional and genuine. Was very patient. I greatly appreciate all of the information provided and hard work he and his team did in a timely manner. Will definitely be my go to mechanic.
