Good work and reliable....a bit hard to reach.
The guy came 6 times - replaced my AC unit compressor, motor, capacitor and it still broke down. Every time he would come - he gave the same answer - I don’t know what else to do … DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
John showed up when he said he would be there. He was professional the entire time and fixed my AC for a reasonable price. No attempt to upsell of solicit unwanted work. I will use him again if needed!
American Home Shield sent this company to my home to figure out why my gas furnace wasn’t working properly. I’m not going to lie, the google reviews/rating had me doubting that this was going to be a good experience. David showed up on time and did his thing while explaining in great detail the mechanics of it all. He trouble shooted and told me it could be one of many things. Came out multiple times to fix a boiler gas leak. On their first trip they told me that one of the parts was no longer made and cannot be replaced. They continue to work on the part and made it worse and worse. This repair was through a warranty company therefore all of their repairs were deducted from the amount that I have could’ve received to replace the unit.
