These guys installed an AC 3 years ago and its started to freeze up, i called them for a repair as this is to soon for their units to be failing and it should hav ebeen under warranty, dude sent out a 3rd party tech and gave me some bogus about it the duct being to small, I had to call a different tech that told me they installed this unit without a TXV valve, buyer beware he'll dodge your calls post install and doesnt stand behind his work.
I was extremely nervous about purchasing a new refridgeration AC unit and compressor. Knowing nothing about them, other than the expense, I was at the company's mercy. Thankfully, the representatives, that came out to my house, patiently explained and answered all my questions without feeling pressured or rushed to buy more than I could afford. At the end, I felt good and happy about the purchase and am sitting nice and cool in my house.
Life saver ac unit wasn’t turning on & got an estimate by another company for outrageous amount, Called RMJ heating and cooling saved me a lot of money, time and was very respectful. Will be my main guy to fix any repairs.
Talk about outstanding service! From the moment Chris stepped into our home I felt at ease that we found a reputable and “do what we say” company.
