Very happy with the service. They were able to get my air-conditioning unit back up and running and work with the manufacturer to cover the part under warranty. Highly recommend. Very professional and friendly staff.
Review of RMI Air Conditioning Company I deeply regret choosing RMI to install my air conditioning unit in 2019. Since then, the unit has consistently broken down every year, leading to endless frustration and significant expenses. Outstanding Company! I have been using Roberts Mechanical for my air conditioner service for about a year now. They are extremely responsive, trustworthy and the best AC company I have used in the past 35 years. Technicians Andy and Kyle are fantastic. They are professional, smart and very respectful. I have a Carrier heat pump that broke down . Factory service company found a bad TXV . They told me the part was under warranty but it was backordered. I would have to wait about 30 days .That is not a good idea in Florida in the summer. I contacted RMI and am delighted to say they had me up and running in one day at less than the warranty cost of labor.. Their team is trained by the one of the best professionals in the business. So I got their number from Mr. David Key who works for David Weekley Homes...big shout out to him big time!!! This was my 1st time dealing with RMI.
