HORRIBLE COMPANY !!!!!! My Family Desperately Needs A Home. Found One That Was Perfect. We Paid All Fees. House Is Still On The Market Has Been For Awhile. Passed All Checks . Income , Credit Etc. They Finally Contacted Us And Said We Were Denied Because We Don't Make 3x The Amount. Horrible , Heartless Company !!!
Have been a tenant for 2 months and so far Carter, Maurice and team are super responsive. Maurice, the head of maintenance is super friendly.
I would avoid RMI at all costs. I spent a year living in one of their properties and was miserable the entire time. For starters there was a fee to view the property, but it fit exactly what I was looking for so why not. During the showing I was informed by Carter himself that the house would be painted, cleaned, and yard mowed before I moved in. Attached are photos of the move in day. This company ONLY has 1 star and 5 star reviews for an obvious reason: they cut every possible corner that they can to benefit their property owners to the detriment of tenants. If RMI charging you an application fee to even look at one of their properties seems like a red flag to you, that is because IT IS. I was a tenant at a property managed by RMI for over 5 years. Rmi Realty group requires that you pay to apply before being allowed to even view a property. They also have false information about their properties listed online. Today I viewed a property they have listed as almost 1700 square feet that was closer to 900 square feet. Very disappointed and feel preyed upon.
