Very dishonest company. I moved out and requested a face to face walk through. They did a walk through w/o contacting me and made False statements about the condition of apt and lied to avoid giving back a security deposit. My apt was immaculate and I have photos and several other people took photos also. They lied about the fact i told them where the keys would be left. Pretended like they never spoke with me. There were rodents and a bad sewer odor and a leak under the apartment but they refused to acknowledge it. My electric bill was between $350 to almost $500 because they were advised to replace the water heater and it leaked. Required a fee and credit check before scheduling a rental property showing. They did not follow up after credit fee was paid and check was successfully done. Every time a credit check is run it can adversely affect a credit score. We were charged, had a credit check run, never heard back from the group to schedule a showing, and we found another property while we were waiting. HORRIBLE COMPANY !!!!!! My Family Desperately Needs A Home. Found One That Was Perfect. We Paid All Fees. House Is Still On The Market Has Been For Awhile. Passed All Checks . Income , Credit Etc. They Finally Contacted Us And Said We Were Denied Because We Don't Make 3x The Amount. Horrible , Heartless Company !!!
Have been a tenant for 2 months and so far Carter, Maurice and team are super responsive. Maurice, the head of maintenance is super friendly.
