Trash. This summer EXTREMELY HOT! Yet they act as if fixing the damn AC aint urgent when they know school is out. Been over a month and this AC hasn't been checked on yet! Wait until I hold that rent to provide proper amenities for my family! I'll accept whatever comes with it long as YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE BENEFITING OF MY HARD LABOR, I put in daily to PAY FOR RESPECT you're not giving!
Very dishonest company. I moved out and requested a face to face walk through. They did a walk through w/o contacting me and made False statements about the condition of apt and lied to avoid giving back a security deposit. My apt was immaculate and I have photos and several other people took photos also. They lied about the fact i told them where the keys would be left. Pretended like they never spoke with me. There's rotten wood and holes on the door that doesn't lock, I had a bad sewer odor in the apartment and told them ... read more

Very dishonest company. I moved out and requested a face to face walk through. False statements about the condition were made by them to avoid giving back a security deposit. There were rodents and a bad sewer odor and a leak under the apartment but they refused to acknowledge it. My electric bill was between $350 to almost $500 because they were advised to replace the water heater and it leaked. They lied about speaking to me about where I left the keys and tried to charge me for an extra month rent. Just lied about it. I t... read more
