thanks – Quick to respond to maintenance and that is a plus. we were relieved that they were so quick about it and had our heater working again very quickly.
Decent managers I am satisfied with them and just signed another lease. I have not had any problems with them and appreciate their availability when necessary.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY! – This company is such a pain to deal with. Makes it very frustrating to own a home when you have to worry about a company like this running your neighborhood. I am also dealing with Red Rock Financial (a collection agency owned by RMI). Had an agreement with RMI, they went back on their offer and now I have a lien on my home. Would NOT recommend these people to manage an ant farm
