Mark, Bubba and Sather RMH team are fast to respond with scale issues. Our scale got impacted by lightening and they got us going over the weekend so we were open for business the next Monday! Thanks guys and keep up the great service!
Company says they have technicians for LEIBINGER printers when they sell them to customers. The truth is that they have 1 technician for thousands of printers. Printers will sit for weeks on end before a technician is available to repair. Company is based on sales NOT SERVICE.
