Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Ray the owner rushed our floors choosing the color and finish himself. Said he couldn't refinish it in the color and finish we wanted. Now we're stuck with his choices and out almost $9000! This was a once in a lifetime investment and he ruined it. I do not recommend this business at all! Negative 10 stars!
