This company has to be the worst company I've ever came across. Dishonest and not customer oriented; both the manager and the owner of the realty were horrifying.

They mismanaged my fourplex. They have tried to bill me incorrect services twice but thank goodness I caught it and they refunded me. I agreed on an estimate to get a unit turned over and repaired due to a tenant that left and damaged the unit. RMG gave me an estimate which I agreed to go ahead and do what was needed. They keep billing me things that should have been done in the estimate they provided put most of the work on the estimate was never done so not only did I pay the estimate but i also have to pay for future repa... read more

Every time I call or go to the office during business hrs, no one is there.. they put stickers on all cars in front of the office, but can't help you when someone takes your personal spot. Completely useless, it makes since why the neighborhood has gone down. This by far is the worst property management company ever

This is the worse company,the secretary is a lazy fat woman she is rude and she is all day just putting red stickers on all the cars and calling the tow truck just because she open the office early,They never fix nothing my roof was leaking all the time and they fix it until they sold the building.I DO NOT RECOMMENT THAT YOU RENT HERE.

I lived here for a year and while the rent was cheap the property management was horrible. The girls at the front desk were always nice and helpful but management was a different story. It took them 3 days to fix my ac in the middle of summer. Often times I would fix things myself because it would take them so long to fix it. Plus on top of all that they didn't give me my security deposit back. I ended up filing a lawsuit just to get them to respond. Would not recommend.
