So I have typical shop I go to for my routine maintenance. I received a "gift certificate" for their shop from them for my birthday. So I thought what the heck I will give it a try. They are open until 6pm Mon-Fri. I asked how long it would take for oil change and tire rotation. 1 hour was the response. I asked for a 5pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation.
