Excellent attention to detail.
Rather disappointing when you ask about a small name change to your will and are presented with a unexpected bill of $157. Yes, I should have known it would cost something for the codicil, I should have done my research so it's partially my fault for not knowing, but either way they should have told me there'd be a charge and ask me if I want to go through with the name change, not surprise me with a bill at the end of it.
