Miniature clinic should be renamed to never getting seen clinic. Four rooms, one nurse (crazy they do that), and quite the disgusting waiting room. Labor and Delivery is actually nice and clean. Still, overall experience here has been horrid.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Labor & Delivery. While this is supposed to be a place of care and support during such an important moment, I encountered staff who were dismissive, unkind, and lacked compassion.
I had the best experience here, even though My second child was delivered here at this facility almost 14 years ago by Doctor Dr. Daniel whom was and will forever in my eyes be a wonderful person. I believe this facility was just opened around that time so I’m pretty sure a lot has changed since then since 2011, But I can only rate on my personal experience. I wish I remembered all of the wonderful nurses names & staff that took extreme great care of me & my new born baby and whom helped me during my process of giving birth ... read more
Wonderful staff! I had the kindest nurses, patient care techs, and doctors take care of me and my baby. They comforted my anxieties surrounding birth to make it such a great experience. I felt in control and supported for my decisions during my induction. I will absolutely be returning for any future births.
My experience at RMC delivering my first baby was nothing short of exceptional. The labor and delivery team, especially my nurse Tamera and Emily, provided attentive and compassionate care throughout the entire process. Additionally, the postpartum and lactation teams continued the excellent care, ensuring both my baby and I were well taken care of. Thank you to the entire staff for making my experience truly memorable.
