Don’t expect anything good - Dr Phillis was my doctor - I empathize WAS- he never followed up with me about my PSA going up and I was never contacted in two years about my Cystocopy for my bladder cancer check up . Well I had to go somewhere else to find out that I had two more bladder tumors and stage 3 prostate cancer . Don’t use the people - they will get you killed . I had a procedure done, and I was told by the doctor to give him a week, and he would let me know how he was going to proceed further. It's been almost 2 months and I haven't heard a peep out of him, even though I've made multiple phone calls. I would receive emails about info being in my patient portal, but no instructions as to how to retrieve the information. When I called to ask about it, I was told that I would be sent a link. I'm STILL waiting on that link. I will NOT go to RMC Urology again.
They have problems of communications. You call them, and you have to wait forever. They should improve that
I am unclear as to how a patient can be scheduled for 12:45 and the doors reopened at the same time, while individuals with later scheduled appointments are seen by the doctor beforehand. The waiting area is congested. The front desk clerk appears disorganized. Regrettably, Anniston's small size results in a limited number of available doctors.
