Highway robbers! Will screw you over any chance they get- RMC only cares about their bottom line and even hides necessary documents for insurance claims, screwing over the tenant (or they have something to hide). They try and cover it up by citing the lease. Senior Property manager E.W. is a jerk and his assistant is friendly but does not know what she is doing and gravely misadvised us back in the fall of 2024. I believe she has been replaced. I would give RMC 0 stars if it was an option.
Great company to work with all around. Will definitely use again in the future!
The retail space on North Dale Mabry where the Starbucks, Abbys and 4 Rivers are located are In need of serious attention. There are downed trees in the parking lot, garbage is always overflowing from can and dumpster, trees are so overgrown that it blocks signs for handicap spaces. The whole overall aesthetic is just not in line with anything else in Carrollwood.
