I had shoulder surgery and the physical therapists at RMC Healthplex/Therapy are absolutely wonderful. They are concerned with you getting better, but they are very conscious of not hurting you. I am so thankful my insurance has approved a second round of physical therapy for my continued healing.
I had a torn rotator cuff and 2 torn biceps. Doctor wanted to do surgery. I begged him to let me do therapy. After 3 months with Nate I am doing great and out of pain. No surgery. I worked very hard at my appointments and then at home also.
My wife and I have both went here for therapy. Although we were scheduled for many therapy sessions, she went twice, as did I. The front staff is not friendly, receptive, and seem a bit lazy. Although the center has what you would most likely need, it is not clean, and quite frankly not a place to go. You are better off spending the extra drive and going to Lexington. The staff in Lexington, are much more professional, the place is much cleaner, and they will receive you as a person seeking help, not someone who is a bother.... read more
