Dr. Vincent goes above and beyond with her service. You see uneducated or ignorant comments that complain about standard, and legal, procedures. This is a neurologist who will take the time to get to know Your case and not treat you like another mass number to move along. This hospital is not a good hospital. I'm going to be using UAB hospital instead. Crappy hospital I've been to
Would put 0 stars if I could. Every visit I've had Dr. Vincent does a lot of talking but never listens. It's almost as if she wants to hear herself speak more than listening to the patient. She comes in and speaks at you for about 10 or 15 minutes and leaves. When she does pause to catch a breath and you can speak she rebuttal you as if you're making your symptoms up. I will not be coming back... might just reach out to the joint commission, because this is horrible.
