RMC techs came out to our property to service a condensate leak from the A/C inside the house. On the first visit, the technician informed us that it was a result of a dirty evaporator coil that needed to be cleaned. The tech brush cleaned the coil and applied a cleaner to it and told us that it should be okay until the Spring (this was in the Fall).
