Hello, We attended the raceway for the two‑day g*n show in Richmond, and unfortunately had an issue with one of the staff members. After we passed the initial check, we informed the staff that we had an ADA accommodation. The first woman acknowledged this and gave us approval. However, an older woman with brown hair, eyeglasses, and a ponytail was extremely rude, dismissive, and her behavior came across as discriminatory, & tried to block us from parking. I will be filing an ADA complaint regarding this incident.
This is the worst security company I've ever seen. Hire anyone but them.
Every event that I have attended, and RMC has hosted, has been a complete disaster. The workers never seem to know anything about the event, or the venue they are working. Also, it seems requiring any amount of education to work for RMC is optional. I have learned that when I plan to attend an event that RMC is hosting, I park in adjacent lots, and show up late. They have zero regard for parking consistency, and have yet to open a venue on time.
