Good people. The receptionist is alone and does what she can, I just wish they were more sensitive to the fact that they're working with people that are really sensitive and have issues. I had an issue once with my medication and called and was told "you and everyone else in Calhoun County", and I don't think that would have done well with someone that's really suicidal. I wouldn't have done well with it if I weren't on medication and understood how swamped the lady was.
