Dr. Schwartz is professional, great bedside manner, understanding, and easy to talk to about my concerns. She’s knowledgeable about reproductive health and medicine. Strongly recommend her and her team at RMA Somerset.
RMA may have a strong reputation, but my experience with their insurance coordination has been beyond frustrating. Patients are being asked to pay for treatments and procedures that are actually covered by insurance simply because the clinic fails to send complete documentation to the insurance company. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of advocacy for patients.
