It's a terrible bureaucracy, awful to coordinate with, horrible experience overall. The staff is inflexible and does not work with you at all, not solution oriented in the slightest. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
I could not recommend RMA highly enough! After 17 years of struggling with infertility my husband and I finally welcomed our beautiful baby girl in December 2024, and we owe it to the incredible team at RMA Lehigh Valley. The team here is amazing! They explain everything in a very easy-to-understand way and are all very friendly. The monitoring and lab work is reasonable and my wife and I felt like we got great care. Very LGBT friendly! Our daughter is perfect and we couldn’t be more thankful to RMA for helping us grow our family.
I would have given 0 stars if possible. The worst clinic ever. They deliberately delay the process and it will cost you 10 and thousand of dollars because of their mistakes. It happened to us and it's a warning to prospective customers to save you from the horror. Please choose other clinic, there are tons out there. TALK to your insurance companies to get other options
My husband and I are so grateful for all of the doctors, nurses, and staff who helped us to become a family. It was not an easy road but they were there for us every step of the way, helping us prepare for the process, explaining everything to us, and getting us through it all. We welcomed a healthy baby boy and can’t thank them enough.
