My experience with RMA was deeply disappointing for several reasons: - Poor Internal Communication: The finance team and the clinical staff appear completely disconnected. As a patient using insurance, I had to act as an intermediary between the two departments just to start my process. The finance team is extremely slow to respond; anyone on a timeline should budget up to an extra month due to these delays. Was trying to do my second egg freezing cycle by EoY, and chose this clinic because of its location. But ended up wasting a month of effort and back & forth because of poor clinic management/operation. There was time where my email was ignored for 13 days+ until I made a call. I ended up not pursuing the serving with this clinic; didn't have the confidence that it would be a good experience given this is how they treat a prospective client. I would give RMA zero stars if I could. My experience with RMA involved mistake after mistake during an already stressful and time-sensitive fertility process. The number of communication failures and errors eventually became impossible to overlook. At one point, I was told that my husband had declined labs needed for genetic testing, which was not true.
