I would give RMA zero stars if I could. RUN — do not go here. My experience with RMA involved mistake after mistake during an already stressful and time-sensitive fertility process. The number of communication failures and errors eventually became impossible to overlook. At one point, I was told that my husband had declined labs needed for genetic testing, which was not true. Even though they aren’t my regular fertility providers, the care and compassion I received at RMA SF spoke volumes. I was in need of last-minute monitoring, and I was so grateful that they were able to see me the last minute. If you have the opportunity to be cared for here, I highly recommend asking for Myra, the ultrasound provider, and Charlotte, the medical assistant. They were both truly exceptional.
