I really like the doctors and nurses at this clinic. They are kind, compassionate, and provide good care during appointments. Unfortunately, the overall coordination of care—particularly with insurance and pharmacies—has been extremely disappointing. I was very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. Looking back three years later, my biggest concern is how rushed and non-individualized the whole process felt. The doctor let me start the IVF process on the same day as my initial consultation. Apart from AMH, I don’t recall having any other hormone-related tests before starting; only an ultrasound was performed. I had a really great experience at RMA and would highly recommend the clinic. The staff is super friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the whole process. I always felt that everything was handled carefully and professionally, and that each step was done by the book. One thing that may take some getting used to is their communication style. I was recommended this clinic by my OBGYN after several miscarriages trying to convince my second child. It worked and I have a beautiful healthy baby girl because of RMA, with an option to have more. I am so thankful to this place for how prompt they were at addressing any concerns I had and such great communication with the medical staff through the app. I also finally got a medical diagnoses for my painful periods that I had been gaslit about by doctors for years.
