So everyone is aware, I wanted to share this because I was honestly shocked. When I entered the building, I was told that my baby was not allowed inside because “it makes patients feel sad.” Also, it was frustrating and showed a lack of proper training when a worker did not know how to add the URL for the telehealth appointment. There was unnecessary back and forth over the phone, and I was repeatedly hung up on before I confirmed that the link was finally working for the video call. Overall, I've had a great experience with RMA. Dr. Schwartz and Nurse Lena have been amazing throughout my treatment, and I really appreciate Nurse Lena calling after every appointment to explain my results and next steps. Scheduling is easy, the flexibility between the Basking Ridge and Somerset offices is convenient, and the financial team has been very helpful. Noelia in the finance department is useless. Asked questions about financing options and couldn't explain a damn thing. All Noelia cared about was swiping a credit card for payment. Updated edit: The lending company that RMA suggest shares your data with other lending companies! I have been getting incessant spam calls from lenders ever since! Beware!
