Had a really great experience with a fantastic outcome. That being said, the low review is because if you have any embryos left there in storage - for future use - and then decide you are done, they will GHOST you hard - except for that yearly bill. So sad.
Customer service to me is everything. Just want to shout out Rob (financial department) for his all out efforts and customer service he provided. Thanks again for all your help!
This place is amazing and I would recommend to anyone who is struggling with fertility issues. Dr. Bollig was one of the best doctors I have ever had and Adrienne was amazing and always there when I had questions/concerns. My husband and I now have a beautiful baby boy.
I couldn't recommend this clinic more highly. Throughout the process, everything was communicated clearly to me and explanations were thorough. My nurse was always available to hear my concerns and answer any questions that popped up. I fully understood every step of the journey, which thankfully was a short one for me.
I cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible team at RMA. Thanks to their outstanding care and support, I am now 8 weeks pregnant, and everything is going well.
