Waited almost two hours for my ultrasound
Noelia in the finance department is useless. Asked questions about financing options and couldn't explain a damn thing. All Noelia cared about was swiping a credit card for payment. Updated edit: The lending company that RMA suggests shares your data with other lending companies! I have been getting incessant spam calls from lenders ever since! Beware!
I am super grateful that my obgyn recommended us to RMA basking ridge. From the comforting smiles of the front desk, to my dedicated nurse who walked me through the complicated processes, to the expert nurses who made bloodwork less scary, to the doctors, fellows and specialist who performed monitoring, retrieval and transfer. I felt genuinely respected , cared for, and treated as a human going through an emotionally and physically challenging fertility journey. They made it a whole lot easier knowing I was in trusted hands.
Caution regarding administrative and billing practices at RMA. The clinical staff has been fine, but corporate and central billing operations are completely dysfunctional. Central billing is currently withholding our annual cryostorage invoice while simultaneously threatening third-party collections without providing a bill or honoring the 30-day remittance period outlined in their signed financial policy. I had my regular visits at RMA Morristown but had to come to Basking Ridge location on Saturdays and for egg retrieval and the IVF transfer. I had Dr. Jurema for my egg retrieval. He was very kind and made me feel calm on such a nerve racking day/procedure. I had Dr. Vessa for my transfer and she was also very kind and her bright energy gave me the reassurance that everything will work out and it did! First transfer was a success!
