Ever since Dr P and his staff left RMA, the practice has gone to shame. You can’t get any calls returned, no one answers the billing line and it took me 5x to get paperwork sent to me. Google where Dr P is now and go to his clinic and save yourself from dealing with RMA.
Don’t even answer the phone
The nurses here are incredible, but aside from that our experience has been awful. Our retrieval was cancelled two months in a row due to things the doctor overlooked in our record, and now after deciding to go to another clinic we have been unable to get our money back from the cancelled cycles for over two months (they owe us over $15K). Our financial coordinator is not responsive and no one can give us a firm answer on when we’ll get our money back. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Its been almost 2 years since we came here. Because of your help we are able to have this incredible little human sharing our space. He just turned one a month ago. Thank you all especially Roma. She listened and helped when we thought we were not going to make it. I hope she is still there because we plan to come back as soon as we are ready!
This place has nothing but incompetent people working for it. My first appointment with a nurse practitioner was a total misleading information session. I asked if bloodwork was included with the HSG cost she said yes. Well no the HSG is 800 alone. No HSG cost 800 alone except for at this rip off place.
