I can't say enough good things about RMA! I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant with our rainbow IUI baby. The entire staff from the front desk, the nurses, PA Roma, and Dr. P were incredible. We felt like everyone truly cared about our experience and was invested in our fertility journey. I'd like to give a special shoutout to our PA Roma Benfanti who was there with us every step of the way. She explained everything to us to make us feel comfortable and you can tell she really cares about her patients!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had while trying to schedule an appointment at your fertility clinic in Lake Mary, Florida. I requested a medical consultation, and my husband and I were instructed to download an app and complete 14 pages of personal and medical information before you could verify whether you accepted my insurance (BCBS). Currently holding our IVF miracle baby!! She wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Dr. P and his team. We had been going through fertility treatments for 9 years. RMA was our third fertility clinic and I felt so confident with them from the beginning. Dr. Patounakis did almost every single check up, appointment, and procedure. It was so reassuring. Very kind and compassionate staff. IVF is not a fun process by any means, but the team at RMA did a great job of encouraging me and keeping me comfortable through the hardest parts
