I went in to inquire about an old watch and was met by such kindness and helpful service. The staff and especially Michael were knowledgeable and are trying to do everything they can to help preserve a family memory.
The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. They adjusted my watch very quickly and at no charge. It's heartwarming to know that there are still businesses like this. Highly recommend.
