Contractor did poor job on a block of units in Chelsea for body corporate MBCM. Corners were not flush but sharp and short. Then delayed coming back for 2 years to advised concrete had naturally moved 15mm upwards and it was not his problem and wanted to re-quote. Solution engineering advised the wrong machines had been used. Cheap and nasty. Image is work done and needs fixing again.
