Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever this is one of the most childish incompetent men I have ever encountered. Was charged for him to rip my bike apart and then proceeded to tell me he was keeping it due to me wanting a second opinion. Paid $500 dollars for him to send me screenshots off google and then return my bike to me, ordered by state police, in pieces. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy….
Sent him my bike to get some work done, proceeded to tell me that my exhaust pipe heating up glowing red hot “is good” and “normal”. For anyone who knows anything about bikes you know that a glowing pipe is a sign of it running lean. “Says sir you have a race bike it’s normal” Raised major red flags to me as he’s the “mechanic” told him I’d come to get my bike. I called Rob on Tuesday afternoon, he was able come to my house the next day. It took him 15 minutes to diagnose the issue. He made my day! Reasonable rates. I would recommend him to anyone needing his service!
