When visiting Vegas I always make time for a meal at RM's seafood. Always superb
I would have put excellent except for 2 things... first our particular server was ok but not very animated or available. Others were much more so. The second thing was that I had the surf and surf and the Truffle mushroom risotto was one of the best things I've ever eaten, really wonderful and balanced, the lobster and shrimp however were border line over cooked. It was OK, not great and certainly not special. It didn't matter though because the Risotto was the star and worth every bit of the $60 price tag.

The food was amazing, plating was incredible. Service was excellent, the entire staff extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

The meal was nice but the bill was totally unbelievable I now need to go and lie down over 1.300 for eight of us and some of us didn't have starters so unless you rob a bank don't bother !!!!!!!!!!!
Every year during the Surfaces Show we have dinner every night at RM Seafood. Evo, Major and Amanda take Excelent care of us. Our favorite appetizer is the Calaramari. Chef Rick Moonen is very nice and personable. Highly Recommend RM Seafood.
