Russ was awesome and came out the same day to fix my heater when I really needed it. He got the problem sorted quickly, and checked things over to make sure it would keep running smoothly. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone who needs HVAC work done.
RM Mechanical is a great company they show up when expected. Very professional and let you know what is going on with your Heat-pump. We live in a county area and the Heat-pump gets a lot of weather. Russell was able to check it out and get it going for us. We are very grateful for the quick response and wonderful job !! Russ was able to get approval from our warranty company for parts and labor on same day as his initial visit, and came back to fix during the hot part of that day. AC is working, and it is very hot outside. We are so thankful for his sense of urgency.
Our AC stopped working when it was over 90 degrees out and RM Mechnical came out to see what was wrong. There was a specific part that needed to be replaced and wasn’t a normal stock part. They had to order and it would take a few days to ship. I asked Russ if there was anything else that could be done and he helped out greatly by calling around to find the part. AC was fixed the same day!
Miguel and his crew did an excellent and efficient restoration of the A/C at The Crest where my wife and I live !! May the Lord richly bless them and their families with heaven's best blessings !!! 😀
