Russ was able to get approval from our warranty company for parts and labor on same day as his initial visit, and came back to fix during the hot part of that day. AC is working, and it is very hot outside. We are so thankful for his sense of urgency.
Our AC stopped working when it was over 90 degrees out and RM Mechnical came out to see what was wrong. There was a specific part that needed to be replaced and wasn’t a normal stock part. They had to order and it would take a few days to ship. I asked Russ if there was anything else that could be done and he helped out greatly by calling around to find the part. AC was fixed the same day!
Miguel and his crew did an excellent and efficient restoration of the A/C at The Crest where my wife and I live !! May the Lord richly bless them and their families with heaven's best blessings !!! 😀
I needed help in getting eyes on my aging A/C unit and was referred to RM Mechanical. I always visit the website of any new vendor and was thrilled to read all of the very "consistent" reviews; 5 stars tell us something. And Russ didn't disappoint! He is very thorough and informative, and left me feeling good knowing I had an "A/C expert" that cared about me as a homeowner, and one who expects straight talk and great service from beginning to end. We hired RM Mechanical to relocate an A/C unit around the corner after new concrete was poured in the backyard. Russ came out and took care of disconnecting the A/C unit and putting it safely to the side. After the concrete work was completed, Russ came back out and took care of relocating and reinstalling the A/C unit around the corner from where it was located before. He took care of lengthening all of the needed electrical and piping. He also added Freon as it was low. Great communication. Reasonable price. And very good ... read more
