I have been using RM Mechanical for over 10 years for all of my HVAC needs and he is the best in the business hands down. Nobody more friendly and professional in the space.
Russ wouldn't do a proper heat test only an airflow test that he showed up nearly half an hour late for (25 mins but whos counting, never got a heads up, pretty unprofessional). He measured cfm but not the temperature or the change in temperature. He tried to tell me he was an expert and to trust his judgement. Turns out he was wrong. I called Jaguar and they explained his testing method was false for heating. He tested the airflow of the cold air never once turned on the heater to test it.
