very happy w Rafael. we live in a hi rise, w lots of other units on the market which is a challenge. But Rafael was informative, attentive, always available, driven & responsive, so we knew he'd close the deal! he also got us help when needed it to spruce things up, including w cleaning ladies, painters, etc. basically anything & everything that needed to be done to make the sale, Rafael did it. highly recommended!
