LaPlace Insulation’s posted commitment to “on time, every time” apparently means nothing! I had a scheduled appointment for today between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm. No one showed and when I called after 2:00 pm to ask when Robert would be arriving, I was told that he decided not to go out today because of the rain. LaPlace Insulation couldn’t be bothered with letting their scheduled appointments know that they wouldn’t be coming at all, which is extremely inconsiderate and disrespectful of others time.
Shane and John did a great job on my rockwool insulation!! Looks great!! very clean and no trash left behind. Definitely recommend this company!!
