They have good customer care
Placed order and shortly cancelled thereafter. The item has since been relisted over 25% higher. Errors happen but to cancel and not honor an advertised price is frustrating.
The employees/owner are super helpful and repaired my bracelet for $40 while other jewelers quoted me upwards of $130. Definitely recommend!
