I ordered a bouquet through their website to be delivered the following day. I paid with my card and received a confirmation email. Then at 8:31 pm the same day I received an email confirming a refund without any explanation as to why. When I called the number on their website it said it could longer receive calls at that time. I emailed back asking why there was a refund and have not received a reply over 24 hours after the refund email.
