Matt Scheiner claimed to be very knowledgeable about septic system designs. Once he got paid, his tune changed. We discussed plans for front, he then designed a system for the side (wrong place), said he would talk to a vendor for me, he didn’t follow through, then didn’t return calls. When I asked to speak to someone about it, he said I can’t because he is the owner. Perfect. Do not hire R & M!
I have done extensive work with them on development project, and everything went well The Engineering staff exhibits a high degree of professionalism.
