We couldn’t be more pleased with R. M. Banning and their young project manager Javier Cano. We have been in our current home for 40 years. Our HOA back in May suddenly decided to inspect all of the homes under their purview and, as would be expected for a 40 year old home they cited some minor discrepancies that they insisted we correct. Charlie gave me a great deal and the work was done in a timely manner. He even gave me a contact for an electrician to power up my attic fan. Most of my neighborhood hires RM Banning.
