Do not rent here if you are seeking proper, lawful treatment Every problem you can think of exists with RLS Management properties. These units are falling apart. A deck fell right off of a building last year and could have killed peopld. The parking lot is always a mess in the winter, last year there was upwards of a foot of ice on it, with gigantic pot holes, residents fell frequently and could not get out of the lot for work.
