Kristen shearer wants to do a no trespassing on me bc I stuck up for myself when I got spit on by a neighbor of my moms. So I called the company of this complex! And rlj is sending this info as of now to the property owner and HUD! She even said that this is not ok being in a live in care giver for my mom that is wheel chair bound.
Hello, the person you have as manager at Pauli Heights is not doing their job properly. It states on the website that there is on site washer and dryer but the manager, Lisa, locks it when she leaves. One of my family members live in an apartment there and has had an electric issue that the manager still hasn't gotten fixed. Also there is trash EVERYWHERE because she won't get somebody to clean it up, that isn't the trash companies job, its hers. Yall either need to fire her or make her do her job correctly. This seems like a scam. I've phoned the office number and left messages. I've called RLJ management company several times. I've NEVER been able to reach anyone. At All. I've tried calling various times of day. Never any answer or call back. Not a great business strategy.
