I've had home insurance with RLI for years. Customer response time is very poor. If you need assistance be prepared to wait weeks for anything you request. Would not recommend.
Was able to get umbrella insurance without being required to have home and auto with them. Rate was more than acceptable
Not much response from the insurance side. Nothing comes in writing.
We like these guys...premiums are reasonable, coverage good, & good with claim submitted.
