RLI accidentally dropped the processing of my umbrella policy a year ago, leaving me to believe I was safely covered for the year when I was not -- while I paid $3000 for the required supplemental auto policy, even though I own no vehicle. They admit they made a mistake, but seem utterly unconcerned about that, want no part of compensating me for any loss, and are only pressing me to apply for a new policy with them! Unbelievably bad experience. Can't imagine trusting them to insure me.
Company is full of pathological liars that want nothing but your money. Professional con artists that will only tell you what you want to hear. Stay far far away from RLI. After everything that happened, I had no choice but to get my premiums elsewhere
Every year since I have had RLI’s umbrella policy for 5 million they have raised their rates considerably. Never had a claim in all the years and this year they want another $600 premium increase. Enough is enough! You just lost the over $1200 customer
