Company is full of pathological liars that want nothing but your money. Professional con artists that will only tell you what you want to hear. Stay far far away from RLI. After everything that happened, I had no choice but to get my premiums elsewhere
Every year since I have had RLI’s umbrella policy for 5 million they have raised their rates considerably. Never had a claim in all the years and this year they want another $600 premium increase. Enough is enough! You just lost the over $1200 customer
Tried several times to make contact with an agent , to no avail . This seems more like a front if something else altogether ... I dont think they offer insurance
