I've purchased from them about 2 years now.Great service! They don't offer smoothwall liner, they measure the liner diameters on the O.D., not I.D. like most. This has hindered me with installing drop-in dampers, Class A chimney anchor plates, and universal male adaptors. Their copper coaxial caps are UL listed for use with Travis Industries gas fireplace inserts. They look fabulous!
RLH is a great to work with. The staff is always extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. The product ships with lightening speed and quality is tops. The best and only good thing about the company is that they are Michigan based. Other than that I am not impressed with their staff, the way they do business, or their accountability. They led me on with venting and pricing for months and it feels because I am a small business that they didn't care about me or my business. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I hate to leave a bad review, but it is necessary.
