On 12/28/19 the technicians came to check our heating unit and informed the main component was broken and needed to be replaced. They informed us the report would be submitted to have the part ordered, and the turnaround time would be a week or so. It is now almost a month later and nothing has been done nor update has been provided. I do understand there could be a partial delay due to the holidays but it is almost the end of January and no progress has been made.
