This guy Ray left me hanging, been a week said he's coming to install my pool pump he comes to my house and said oh I have to get plumbing pipes be back tomorrow never comes then said maybe tomorrow then weekend passes now it's Wednesday said get someone else I'm to busy my pool is now green.
Ashley called me and said no one was available to come out last week (7/20/2021). I am very empathetic to the employee shortage, but an invoice was left for 7/26/2021 and the pool was not cleaned. Nonetheless, I need a reliable company and a trust worthy company. Leaving an invoice when my home has cameras and notably left without cleaning is not the” right thing to do”. I had hope because seemingly the owner is a nice man as is his daughter-in-Law Ashley.
Family owned business! Very nice people and they've done an excellent job with our aging pool. Best price, too. We definitely recommend RLC Pools.
