5-24-21...earlier in the month, Chuck contacted me regarding this review. As of this date the company has refunded me all money that was owed back my business. Our issues are resolved and we will both hopefully be able to move on in our separate ways. My experience with Chuck Shaffer with RLC was very unprofessional! He received our signature and was given payment in full the first of March 2020 to set up our current system into Digital Dining. My experience with Chuck Shaffer with RLC was very unprofessional! He received our signature and was given payment in full the first of March 2020 to set up our current system into Digital Dining. This was a full build of our menu into a POS system to run our Mexican Restaurant. 6 weeks later, he still hadn't even started on our system when I contacted him. I gave him access into my current POS system so he could easily copy our menu setup. He didn't even bother to use it and made up his own names for our menu categories and... read more
