Rick is the absolute best. Not only did this man spend time on the phone to help me diagnose a problem, he was kind and patient. Im a type 1 diabetic so I know I can be a lot when im frustrated. I will use RLB Electric for every issue I have from this day forward. When other companies show they are open 24 hours, they told me they dont have any one working so they cant help, I would have had to wait until tomorrow, its 15 degrees outside.
