RL property management has handled my rent account for about a year now. I had my first major incident since living in my house. The water heater was leaking causing flooding into the drain and on the basement floor. I called RL property management and they immediately sent out a plumber to look at the problem. The plumber said that the water heater was now bad and I thought, oh no! How much is this gonna cost me. RL property management had the plumber take out the old water heater and install a new one and never charged me ... read more
