Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Do Not Rent from RL Property Management This has been one of the worst rental experiences we’ve ever had. We are paying $2,407/month for an apartment in Lewis Center, OH, and what we walked into was absolutely unacceptable. The carpet is filthy — covered in red and yellow stains, and you can tell they tried to clean it with bleach, which only made it worse. As an owner of Single-Family Homes, Duplexes, and Commercial properties across multiple states I found this to be the worst experience I have had with any of the 5+ property management firms I've worked with. Classic bait & switch with tons of hidden costs and ZERO accountability for their errors.
