Worst management company, I have been with a few and this one has to be the most rudest company that don’t not take care of the renters needs and request! The call center is the disrespectful and don’t care if you are living in dangerous living conditions, if you want to rent a home don’t go through this company save the headache and mental health
We had a beeping noise in our home and it took them a week to have someone come and resolve the issue . I was in direct communication with Alex and it seemed as though they did not take my concern seriously at all. Additionally they were inconsistent with getting the grass cut. And there were multiple times people came to do work in or outside of our home and we were given no notice.
Great process from beginning to end with Kendra and her team! Would highly recommend!
This company has to be the most unprofessional company that I know, They sent me a message at 7 PM today saying that my Landscaping was overgrown, and that they will send someone out in 14 days to resolve this issue. Please tell me where my landscaping is overgrown? Please show me photos and supporting evidence of overgrown landscaping. Now my neighbor next-door is absolutely a problem, However, I keep my landscaping cut weekly.
