I called a plumber in Zephyrhills because I needed new parts installed in my toilet and wanted an old water filter removed from under my kitchen sink. Brett came out and got started on my stubborn toilet, but he stayed positive and fixed it up nicely. Then he worked on removing the water filter and did a great job. Brett was friendly, knew his stuff, and arrived right on time. I would recommend this plumbing service to anyone and will definitely use them again if I need more plumbing work.

we called a plumber to fix a leak in the wall near our outside faucet. they let us know ahead of time when they would arrive and actually showed up about 15 minutes early. brett was very professional and explained each step of the job. he left for a part but returned quickly, and the repair was finished in just a couple of hours. i really appreciated that he cleaned up the area so well—you couldn't even tell any work had been done except for the water. the price was very reasonable, and i've already asked them back to help w... read more

big thanks to r&l plumbers! our old house had cast iron pipes and an old repair that was causing backups throughout the home. ian and brett carefully replaced the worn-out pipes, and others helped with the resin lining for extra protection. the crew checked on the job regularly, making sure everything was on track, and the office kept things running smoothly from start to finish. even the inspector said the plumbing work looked great.

brett and his team did a great job hydro-jetting my main sewer line, which had been giving me trouble with roots for a long time. they used a camera and showed me the roots before, during, and after the work. their equipment was new and they kept everything clean. they finished quickly and their price was much better than what i paid the last plumber. after the job, brett pointed out that i didn't have a cleanout in front of my house, which would have made things easier and allowed bigger tools to be used. he offered to put ... read more

fantastic service! i called a local plumber when our kitchen sink was clogged, but they couldn't make it out until the next week. then i reached out to another plumbing company, and they offered same day service, but i picked the next day instead. they showed up right on time and even gave us a call before arriving. brett gave us a fair estimate and started fixing the problem immediately after we agreed. he was very friendly and explained what was causing the blockage in the stack pipe. he made sure to clean up the work area... read more
