I needed a plumber to replace our old water heater, so I gave them a call. Brett came out quickly and took care of everything—he removed the old water heater and installed the new one in no time. The new hot water heater works great and we’re really pleased with the quality and the service. Brett also helped us work with our home warranty company, handling all the phone calls to make sure the water heater was covered. a 5-star shout out to brett from the plumbing team. i’ve had them come by before to replace a check valve for my sump pump. yesterday morning, i called about a different issue with the sump (wasn’t urgent), and brett showed up today just after noon. really fast response! he quickly found the problem and swapped out the pvc to the motor, making sure the vent hole was in the right spot this time since the old one was too low. he even took care of an old problem with the hot water side of my utility sink. great service, fair pr... read more
