R&L Plumbers really came through for me during a tough time, even on a holiday weekend. I had a significant water leak in my attic that was causing issues down my kitchen wall. Life in our home is quite hectic with four adults (three working from home) and three energetic 3-year-old boys (yes, triplets!). So, whenever there's a plumbing issue, it really gets our attention! Over the weekend, we noticed a slow water leak at the bottom of the door casing between our large master bath and closet. We checked all the faucets, water outlets, and even the air/heater condensation pan, but found no leaks! When I called first thing Monday morning to report our issue, the representative assured me that a plumber would be sent out as soon as possible and explained the hourly rate that would apply once they left the office. Here's my review: I really appreciate the quick response! I called this morning about a sewer backup into the water heater closet and the shower downstairs.
